THE CLUB at OLOP

OLOP Social Club is conveniently situated at the crossroads in the heart of Earley - see Join Us tab for location. The Club is a friendly retreat for locals to socialise and enjoy themselves over a quiet drink. We are a members’ club, open five evenings a week plus Sunday afternoon and we draw our membership from all corners of the local community regardless of religion, race or social status.

At our Club, you’ll find a fully stocked bar at low prices. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. We run regular and special events for the entertainment of our members, for example Quiz Nights, Movie Mondays, pocket-friendly Poker tournaments, Race Nights, Big Screen sporting events,live music, dances & discos etc.

We are affiliated to several local organisations, including the OLOP Table Tennis Club, the OLOP Golf Society and the OLOP Bar billiards team. We have several darts teams in the local league and there is a dartboard and Bar Billiards table in our games room for members’ use. We have entertainment on at least one Saturday in the month, so the choice is yours – come in for a quiet drink with gentle background music or enjoy a knees-up at our occasional dances and discos. We offer a fully stocked bar with a range of draught and bottled ales, ciders, fine wines and a huge top shelf selection. It is the proud boast of our Bar Manager, Colin, that we serve the best Guinness east of the Liffey (and he has a certificate from Guinness to prove it!) We charge CLUB - not pub - prices and we are among the cheapest in the area. 

We welcome applications for membership from across the local community and, whilst we are located in the grounds of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, membership is open to people of all faiths and none.
